At Trading Cardz, we carefully package all orders to help ensure that your trading cards and collectible products arrive safely and securely.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received. Orders are not typically processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Times

Domestic orders generally arrive within 7–10 business days after dispatch.

International orders generally arrive within 11–15 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address, order size, and available shipping method.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has been shipped. Please allow some time for the carrier to scan and update the shipment status.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the package and products received. We will review the situation and assist with an appropriate resolution.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities. These charges are not included in the shipping cost unless specifically stated.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Trading Cardz is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our control. If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist where possible.
